Job Summary
To support payroll operations, the remote Payroll Analyst will perform payroll duties including Time & Attendance management, processing payroll for the US and Canada, and providing customer service and support using a ticketing system.
Key responsibilities
- Process timely payroll for the Americas while ensuring compliance with USGAAP, government regulations, and SOX requirements
- Manage payroll inquiries and perform necessary research to respond effectively through the ticketing platform
- Assist with audit requests from the SOX and Internal Audit Team, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
Required qualifications
- Solid knowledge of local taxation and regulations in the US and Canada
- Demonstrated senior-level payroll technical skills, including payroll processing and reporting
- Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, and Fidelity
- Ability to support multi-state taxation and various payroll tax filings
- Education or equivalent relevant experience; CPP certification is a plus
