Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to perform payroll processing activities and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process biweekly payroll for over 6,000 employees across multiple states
• Analyze and submit payroll data for new and current employees, benefit deductions, tax withholdings, and garnishments
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and cross-functional projects

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience processing multi-state payroll
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• CPP Certification preferred
• Prior experience with HR&P, and Time and Labor desired
