Job Summary
To support payroll operations for a dynamic workforce, the full-time remote Payroll Analyst (Arizona Licensed) will manage multi-state payroll processing in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating closely with HR and Total Rewards teams.
Key responsibilities
- Process and reconcile multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule in Workday, including regular and off-cycle runs
- Monitor payroll tax compliance and support year-end activities such as W-2 processing and payroll tax reconciliation
- Partner with HR Business Partners on compensation changes and respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
- Proficient in Workday Payroll, with experience in equity or stock-based payroll as a strong plus
- Working knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance and federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines accurately
- Experience using AI tools to enhance payroll processes and workflows
