Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing for over 250,000 partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements through audits and reconciliations
• Provide training and mentorship to payroll team members

Required Qualifications

• Experience in multi-state/provincial full cycle payroll processing
• Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies
• Foundational understanding of payroll laws, garnishments, and payroll taxes for the U.S. and Canada
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach team members
• Experience in developing training and communication for process improvements
