Payroll Analyst with International Focus

Job Summary

Supporting international payroll processes, the full-time remote Payroll Analyst with International Focus will manage payroll execution for Japan, Singapore, and Australia, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with internal partners and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the processing of international payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data to maintain accuracy in payments and reporting
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff while identifying and implementing payroll efficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years supporting international payrolls (Japan, Singapore, Australia)
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, including tax reconciliation and compliance
• Proficiency in payroll systems and tools (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP)
• Strong experience in reviewing, auditing, and reconciling complex payroll data
