Payroll and Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and vendor payments, the full-time remote Payroll and Accounts Payable Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, and oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing for new hires, terminations, bonuses, and off-cycle runs while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Oversee the accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice intake, GL coding, and timely vendor payments
• Reconcile payroll and A/P subledgers to the general ledger and prepare related journal entries for month-end close

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of hands-on payroll and/or accounts payable experience
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and wage-and-hour compliance
• Experience with a payroll platform and an ERP/accounting system
• Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel
