Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
- Process two small bi-weekly payrolls accurately and maintain payroll records
- Calculate and apply benefit-related payroll deductions and perform monthly vendor reconciliations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of payroll processing experience
- 1 year experience processing bi-weekly payroll for non-exempt populations
- 3 years experience applying 401(k) and benefit-related deductions in HRIS systems
- 3 years experience performing monthly benefits reconciliations
- Minimum intermediate level in Excel and Google Sheets
