Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities
  • Process two small bi-weekly payrolls accurately and maintain payroll records
  • Calculate and apply benefit-related payroll deductions and perform monthly vendor reconciliations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of payroll processing experience
  • 1 year experience processing bi-weekly payroll for non-exempt populations
  • 3 years experience applying 401(k) and benefit-related deductions in HRIS systems
  • 3 years experience performing monthly benefits reconciliations
  • Minimum intermediate level in Excel and Google Sheets
