Job Summary
To support the administration of payroll and benefits, the remote Payroll and Benefits Administrator will manage payroll processing, contractor payments, and employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.
Key responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll and manage contractor lifecycle, including payments and recordkeeping
- Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate the annual Open Enrollment process
- Prepare compliance reporting and maintain data integrity across payroll and benefits systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
- Experience processing hourly payroll in ADP Workforce Now across multiple states
- Strong understanding of payroll tax, garnishment, ACA, and benefits compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
