Job Summary
Payroll and Benefits Associate is a full-time position responsible for the administration of payroll and employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate processing and compliance while providing support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer payroll for hourly, salaried, and 1099 employees, including coordination with global payroll vendors
- Manage employee benefit programs, including enrollments, terminations, and compliance reporting
- Conduct audits and maintain compliance documentation for payroll and benefits operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of relevant payroll and benefits experience
- Experience with Rippling preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
