Job Summary

Payroll and Benefits Associate is a full-time position responsible for the administration of payroll and employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate processing and compliance while providing support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer payroll for hourly, salaried, and 1099 employees, including coordination with global payroll vendors
  • Manage employee benefit programs, including enrollments, terminations, and compliance reporting
  • Conduct audits and maintain compliance documentation for payroll and benefits operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant payroll and benefits experience
  • Experience with Rippling preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
