Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, this full-time remote entry-level position will manage bi-weekly payroll processing, assist with benefits administration, and support leave management while collaborating closely with the Finance and People Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, including verifying timesheets and ensuring accuracy in deductions and tax withholdings
  • Help administer employee benefits programs and support new hire onboarding into benefits systems
  • Support the administration of various leave programs and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably with exposure to HR, payroll, or accounting
  • General understanding of payroll practices and employee benefits concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite applications, particularly Excel/Sheets
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity
