Payroll and Benefits Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Lead (Part-Time | Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bi-weekly U.S. payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments and reconciliations
• Act as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries and collaborate with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience
• 4+ years of payroll experience, ideally including multi-state U.S. payroll
• Experience with payroll systems such as Paycor
• Previous experience reconciling payroll deductions with benefit billing
• Strong understanding of payroll tax requirements
