Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefit Manager to lead payroll and benefits administration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries
  • Partner with Finance on payroll reconciliations, audits, and maintain payroll and benefits processes within HRIS systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, including multi-state payroll
  • Experience ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as UKG or Dayforce
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or related certification preferred
