Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee global payroll operations and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Manage payroll and payment processes for independent contractors and collaborate on contractor agreements
  • Assist with administration of employee benefits programs and support HR initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management, including global payroll
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience managing independent contractors, PEOs, and EORs
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and employment regulations across multiple regions
  • Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization preferred
