Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee global payroll operations and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage payroll and payment processes for independent contractors and collaborate on contractor agreements
- Assist with administration of employee benefits programs and support HR initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll management, including global payroll
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience managing independent contractors, PEOs, and EORs
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and employment regulations across multiple regions
- Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization preferred
