A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist (part-time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure data accuracy in Paylocity after handover from the implementation team
  • Support the implementation of the leave management system for Operating Companies
  • Develop process maps for key touchpoints to clarify ownership and system handoffs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Familiarity with Paylocity and other HR systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
