Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including validations, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure alignment with payroll systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries and support employee operations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of payroll and/or benefits experience
  • Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, preferably Rippling
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance and HR
