Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including validations, reconciliations, and compliance
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure alignment with payroll systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries and support employee operations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of payroll and/or benefits experience
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, preferably Rippling
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance and HR
