Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits & Payroll Specialist to support employee benefits and payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer a variety of employee benefits programs and support payroll and timekeeping functions
- Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions and manage Leave of Absence processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with benefits inquiries and communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration or payroll support
- Experience handling confidential employee information in a sensitive environment
- Familiarity with Paylocity and/or Bswift benefits platform preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
