Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits & Payroll Specialist to support employee benefits and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer a variety of employee benefits programs and support payroll and timekeeping functions
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions and manage Leave of Absence processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with benefits inquiries and communications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration or payroll support
  • Experience handling confidential employee information in a sensitive environment
  • Familiarity with Paylocity and/or Bswift benefits platform preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
