Job Summary
Owning and scaling global payroll and benefits operations, the full-time Payroll and Benefits Specialist will coordinate with payroll vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end global payroll coordination across multiple countries and ensure timely processing
- Oversee compliance and tax management, including state and local registrations and resolving discrepancies
- Administer US benefits programs and 401(k), serving as the liaison between employees and benefits providers
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of in-house payroll and benefits management experience
- Strong multi-state US payroll experience; global exposure preferred
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software, particularly Rippling
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance regulations
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
