Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end processing and validation of payroll and benefits-related invoices, the part-time Payroll and Benefits Specialist will ensure accuracy, respond to employee queries, and collaborate with internal teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage payroll and benefits-related invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, providing professional responses to employees and HR partners
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance payroll and benefits service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources & Payroll and Benefits Service Delivery
  • Experience in Accounts Payable/Invoice Management
  • Strong oral and written English language skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks with varying deadlines and complexity
