Job Summary
Owning payroll accuracy and benefits administration across the US, Canada, and the UK, the full-time Payroll and Benefits Specialist will manage payroll processing, compliance, and employee support while ensuring adherence to complex regulations in each jurisdiction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process payroll data and prepare payroll cycles for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and support year-end compliance reporting across all regions
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, collaborating with HR to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of payroll and benefits experience, including knowledge of California, Canadian, and UK payroll regulations
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Workday and ADP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
