Job Summary
To support a growing real estate and property management company, the full-time Payroll and Benefits Specialist will manage payroll processing, administer employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while serving as a key resource for employee inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll, benefits, and leave-related inquiries from employees and management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 2-4 years of ownership of payroll processing (Required)
- 1-3 years of Benefits Administration experience (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in HR Compliance (Required)
