Job Summary

Detail-oriented and employee-focused, the full-time Payroll and Benefits Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing, administer the equity program, and oversee leave administration in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Own payroll processing for US employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
  • Administer the company's equity program and maintain audit-ready equity records
  • Manage all leave programs, providing guidance to employees on eligibility and processes
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll, benefits, or HR operations with exposure to multiple functional areas
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software and knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax laws
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Experience administering benefits programs, including open enrollment coordination
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism
