Payroll and Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Client Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a book of key accounts and ensure data integrity
• Conduct client trainings and attend client hand-off meetings
• Proactively anticipate client needs and identify sales opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Current FPC or CPP Designation preferred
• 3 - 5 years of Payroll Service Bureau experience preferred
• College degree preferred
• Knowledge in Payroll, Tax, Garnishments, 401K, and Health Benefits
• High degree of technical ability within the UKG Ready platform
