Job Summary

To support payroll operations, the full-time remote Commissions & Payroll Accountant will manage payroll functions, including salary payments, commissions calculations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain payroll processing systems for timely and accurate payroll transactions
  • Calculate and reconcile commissions payments in accordance with approved compensation plans
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and facilitate audits by providing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, commissions, or accounting operations
  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
  • Experience using payroll software such as Sage Intacct or Rippling preferred
