Job Summary

To lead global payroll and equity operations, the full-time salaried Payroll and Equity Director will ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee global payroll operations to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage the administration of equity and deferred compensation programs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
• Lead payroll and equity audits, compliance efforts, and provide insights to senior leadership on related activities and risks

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive payroll and equity experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience leading payroll operations and equity administration in a multi-jurisdiction environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax, wage and hour, and equity compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage vendors and complex operational processes
