Required Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field
• Over 7 years of payroll experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of payroll ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• In-depth understanding of labor law, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish
