A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst (Payroll & Tax Analyst) to manage payroll and employee tax operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle payroll and tax operations
  • Create and execute pay processes in compliance with regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service regarding payroll and tax inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, People Services, or Payroll
  • 1+ years as the primary payroll point of contact
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Rippling or Paylocity
  • Demonstrated expertise in payroll, employee taxes, and pay law
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and project ownership
