Payroll and Tax Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll and Tax Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payrolls for US based Business Units, including data entry, deductions, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
• Assist with payroll funding, tax research, and general ledger entries

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll and Payroll Tax processing
• Experience with Workday and Kronos Dimensions
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
