Job Summary

Owning payroll operations and total rewards for a growing multi-state and multi-country workforce, the fully remote Sr. Manager, Payroll and Total Rewards will manage end-to-end payroll processes, oversee comprehensive benefits programs, and operationalize compensation structures while collaborating closely with Finance and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration to a new payroll platform, ensuring compliance and effective communication of total rewards changes
  • Develop and administer the US benefits program, manage vendor relationships, and oversee 401(k) compliance
  • Operationalize compensation structures, maintain pay bands, and support annual audits and diligence across payroll and benefits
Required Qualifications:
  • 4 to 8 years of payroll and total rewards experience in a multi-state environment, preferably in a SaaS startup
  • Hands-on experience with payroll platforms and managing multi-state tax compliance
  • Experience in benefits administration and managing annual renewals and open enrollment
  • Familiarity with 401(k) administration and compensation structures
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and proactively identify improvement opportunities
