Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards & Payroll Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and deliver compensation programs, focusing on commission plans
• Support end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide insights and data analysis to HR, Finance, and business leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Payroll/Total Rewards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
• Experience with compensation management tools or HRIS systems is highly desirable
• Knowledge of labor laws and compensation regulations in the U.S. and other markets preferred
