Key Responsibilities
- Administer and deliver compensation programs, focusing on commission plans
- Support end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide insights and data analysis to HR, Finance, and business leaders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Payroll/Total Rewards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Experience with compensation management tools or HRIS systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of labor laws and compensation regulations in the U.S. and other markets preferred
