Payroll Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Architect - New Client Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute discovery and analysis of third-party payroll systems for integration with Benefitsolver
• Lead discussions on payroll requirements, testing, and ongoing deduction files
• Maintain payroll documentation and provide project communication to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of implementation and payroll integration experience
• Experience in data gathering, system configuration, and ETL process creation
• Expertise with Excel; familiarity with Access, XML, JavaScript, and ETL tools is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional client relationship skills and a collaborative, client-focused attitude
