Payroll Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Architect - Client Onboarding to manage payroll system integrations and client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and analysis of third-party payroll systems for integration with the Benefitsolver system
• Lead discussions for payroll requirements and execute payroll testing
• Maintain payroll documentation and provide project communication to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in payroll integrations and implementation
• Experience in data analysis, system configuration, and ETL processes
• Expertise in Excel; knowledge of Access, XML, JavaScript, and ETL tools is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client relationship and consultative skills
