Payroll Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and timely customer service
• Calculate termination pay outs, process bonuses, and handle year-end payroll processes
• Upload employee records, update direct deposit information, and interpret garnishments/levies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of payroll experience with multi-state tax obligations
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll laws and regulations
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and ADP preferred
