Payroll Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Associate to support payroll tax functions and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and review of payroll tax processing and accounting systems for timely payroll transactions
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll tax transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of payroll functions, including preparation and payroll taxes
• Experience with US payroll
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software, particularly Workday Payroll
