Job Summary

Owning and managing payroll processes, the part-time Payroll Associate will execute all payroll runs for the company and its subsidiaries, ensure compliance with multi-state tax regulations, and maintain data integrity using payroll software in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy and timely distribution
• Manage payroll tax registrations and compliance across various jurisdictions
• Administer payroll software, ensuring accurate system configuration and data management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated payroll processing experience, with a preference for 7+ years
• Proven expertise in multi-state payroll and tax compliance
• Hands-on experience with payroll software, preferably Rippling
• Experience as the primary payroll owner for an organization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
