Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for 175 employees across the UK and Ireland, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers in Germany and France, overseeing payroll inputs and outputs
  • Administer employee benefits, including private medical and dental insurance, and manage related inquiries and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a Senior Payroll Specialist role
  • Experience with UK payroll legislation, pensions, and statutory payments
  • Familiarity with Irish, German, and French payroll is desirable
  • Experience with Dayforce payroll application is highly desirable
  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
