Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer payroll processing for Canadian and U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and terminations
  • Maintain payroll and HR systems, identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Canadian payroll and benefits processing experience
  • Experience with regular and off-cycle payrolls
  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration, including 401(k) and RRSP
  • Familiarity with payroll year-end processes and audit support
  • Working experience with UKG or similar HRIS/payroll systems
