Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processing for Canadian and U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and terminations
- Maintain payroll and HR systems, identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Canadian payroll and benefits processing experience
- Experience with regular and off-cycle payrolls
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration, including 401(k) and RRSP
- Familiarity with payroll year-end processes and audit support
- Working experience with UKG or similar HRIS/payroll systems
