Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist for their People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and commission-based employees
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
  • Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, personal leave, and disability leave
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave of absence management
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software
  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits, and leave regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll-related software
