Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist for their People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and commission-based employees
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
- Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, personal leave, and disability leave
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave of absence management
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software
- Familiarity with payroll, benefits, and leave regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll-related software
