Payroll Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

Delivering high-quality payroll and technical support, the full-time Payroll Client Service Specialist will maintain a book of key accounts utilizing the UKG Ready platform, conduct client training, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service by anticipating needs and maintaining professional communication
• Coordinate client training activities and attend client hand-off meetings with the Implementation Team
• Maintain data integrity and support team collaboration to enhance service excellence

Required Qualifications

• High degree of technical ability within the UKG Ready platform
• Current FPC or CPP designation preferred
• 3 - 5 years of Payroll Service Bureau experience preferred
• Expert knowledge in Payroll, Tax, Garnishments, 401K, and Health Benefits
• Proficient in Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups
