A company is looking for a Payroll & Commissions Lead to oversee payroll operations and commission processing in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle payroll for 400 employees across 40 states
  • Oversee third-party payroll processor and ensure accuracy of payroll data
  • Calculate commission payments and conduct audits of payroll and commission data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of payroll analysis/payroll accounting experience with commission calculations
  • Experience with Workday, ADP, Concur, or similar HCM systems
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
