Payroll Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Compliance Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit payroll processes and transactions for compliance with labor laws and tax regulations
• Prepare payroll compliance reports and monitor changes in relevant laws
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and other teams to ensure compliance and assist with audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
• 2-4 years of payroll processing, auditing, or compliance experience required
• Strong understanding of FLSA and payroll tax regulations
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with multi-state payroll operations preferred
