Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent compliance-specific certification
• 8+ years of experience in managing compliance in a global environment, particularly in payroll regulations across the Americas
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring payroll compliance teams
• Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies
