Job Summary
Responsible for administrative payroll tasks, the full-time remote Payroll Compliance Specialist will manage weekly payroll activities for over 600 team members, track attendance trends, and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Track attendance performance and recommend actions to leadership based on trends
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth payroll processing
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on payroll impacts, production, and revenue
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of payroll or performance management tracking experience
- Experience with payroll, scheduling, or manual performance tracking preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
