Job Summary

Responsible for administrative payroll tasks, the full-time remote Payroll Compliance Specialist will manage weekly payroll activities for over 600 team members, track attendance trends, and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy.

Key responsibilities
  • Track attendance performance and recommend actions to leadership based on trends
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth payroll processing
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on payroll impacts, production, and revenue
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of payroll or performance management tracking experience
  • Experience with payroll, scheduling, or manual performance tracking preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
