Job Summary
Managing payroll activities for over 600 team members, the full-time remote Payroll Compliance Specialist will track attendance trends, reconcile payroll discrepancies, and provide reporting on payroll impacts to support operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Track attendance performance and recommend actions to leadership based on trends
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure smooth payroll processing by following up with team members and supervisors
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on payroll impacts, production, and revenue
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of payroll or performance management tracking experience
- Experience in payroll, scheduling, or manual performance tracking preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
