Job Summary

Leading a team of Payroll Connection Specialists, the full-time Payroll Connections Manager will drive efficiency and performance metrics while resolving operational blockers and enhancing client payroll connections in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Payroll Connection Specialists to achieve individual and business objectives
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues within the Payroll Integrations team
• Define team goals and performance metrics to enhance productivity and quality

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS environment or the retirement industry, with a focus on payroll or 401(k) processing
• 1-2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Proven track record managing high-volume accounts and complex projects
• Experience in defining goals and success metrics to drive team productivity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
