Job Summary
Enabling and optimizing payroll integrations for clients, the full-time remote Payroll Connections Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for establishing technical connections with over 400 payroll providers, ensuring accurate data flow and overseeing clients' first 401(k) contributions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, facilitating the establishment of payroll integrations
- Analyze and verify incoming payroll data for accuracy and completeness while resolving technical issues
- Draft procedures for payroll information flow and assist clients with data analysis and transmission efforts
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a professional role with strong technical troubleshooting skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience with exceptional communication skills
- Prior experience with retirement plans or payroll providers and knowledge of industry regulations
- Ability to adapt quickly to various HRIS/client systems and troubleshoot software issues
- Proficient in G-Suite with a strong commitment to detail and quality output
