Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data, including taxes and deductions
• Provide guidance on payroll compliance, benefits, and policies
• Perform regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, Rippling, BambooHR, UKG, and Ceridian
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Ability to maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Experience in leading or working with a team to improve payroll processes
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll issues effectively
