Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Ready Payroll Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the UKG Ready solution with a focus on Payroll
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage

Required Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, focusing on Payroll implementations
• Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment
• Solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific requirements
• Strong functional experience with General Ledger and Payroll History
• Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly
