Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Payroll Consultant will manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery while maintaining client relationships and resolving payroll issues.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll for clients with varying pay frequencies and validate payroll data for accuracy
• Serve as the primary payroll contact for assigned clients, providing consultative support and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and support tax filings, while monitoring changes in legislation impacting clients

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of multi-client payroll processing experience
• Strong experience with multi-frequency payroll processing and multi-state payroll tax knowledge
• Experience using payroll systems, with a preference for UKG
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
