Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Payroll team by processing biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly payroll schedules
  • Poll electronic time clocks and review information for completeness and accuracy
  • Compile internal management reports from payroll system software and respond to inquiries from employees and management
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience working within an HR/Payroll department preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance understanding of payroll process requirements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft software applications
  • Experience developing organized work habits for effective workflow management
