Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator II to join their Global Payroll Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll within the payroll system and execute standardized procedures for payroll processing
  • Review timecards for completeness and accuracy, and coordinate with department supervisors to capture missed time
  • Compile payroll data, manage internal reports, and respond to employee inquiries regarding pay-related topics
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Workday environment preferred
  • Previous experience in an HR/Benefits department preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of payroll process requirements in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with software applications including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements such as DOL and FLSA
